What is your favourite season and why?
Summer. I really enjoy the sun and I like to get a bit of a summer tan. What I enjoy most are the many tennis sessions in the full sun on the clay court: exercising, being outdoors, and getting a nice tan.

What is your favourite part of the day?
The moment when I get to work out. Whether it’s swimming, running, or playing tennis, those sports moments help me clear my head and recharge. And I always enjoy mealtimes as well ;).
How do you like to spend your weekend?
On Saturday I give tennis lessons and train myself, followed by a cozy evening with family. Sunday is usually about meeting up with friends or going out for a meal with my parents and taking a long walk. I never say no to a weekend at the seaside either.

Stracciatella
What is your role at YouConnect?
I’m a recruitment consultant within the HR team.
How would you describe the atmosphere among colleagues at YouConnect?
There’s a very warm and open atmosphere. Everyone knows each other and is always ready to help. During lunch, there’s lots of laughter and chatting.
What do you find important in your contact with candidates and clients?
A personal approach and genuine involvement. I think it’s essential to take the time and really listen to both clients and candidates.
Where do you prefer to work in the office and why?
At the “island” upstairs in our Ghent office. I like working in a dynamic environment with some buzz around me, and I really appreciate an occasional spontaneous chat with colleagues.
What is the biggest challenge in your job?
For more difficult profiles, exploring every possible avenue and leaving no stone unturned, with the goal of ultimately finding that one perfect match.
