  • Manage, inspire and motivate your team that consists of 4 senior People Business Partners, 5 People Business Partners and 1 Health & Safety Manager (+ team);
  • Develop and execute a visionary people strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives to ensure that people initiatives support the overall business strategy;
  • Safeguard and nurture the company's culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that adapts and scales with the organisation;
  • Invest in leadership development & change programs to build a strong leadership pipeline, essential for guiding the organisation through the transformation;
  • Master a hybrid strategy that unites, empowers, and supercharges productivity;
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, to attract top-tier talent quickly and efficiently, ensuring the workforce can scale to meet business needs;
  • Very importantly, you keep a pulse on employee relations and ensure that practices are compliant with regulations;
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationship with the Unions, participate in labour negotiations as needed;
  • (Pro)actively manage relationships and key partnerships.

Your skillset

  • You have a track record of leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams and you bring about 10 years of experience in strategic people management leadership.
  • You bring a strategic, positive, and refreshing people & culture mindset, with an inexhaustible appetite for adventure and speed;
  • You know how to manage stakeholders and know how to get things done by bringing structure & prioritisation with tact and organizational savvy;
  • You have a proven high level of leading business competences, including labour relations on company level;
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation;
  • You can negotiate agreements and/or reach consensus with diverse and disparate interests;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and skilled in effective, clear and persuasive oral and written communications to individuals and teams;
  • You live reasonably close to Ghent.
