What your future may hold
As associate corporate M&A you will:
- Provide advice and legal support on all kind of corporate and financial law matters;
- Prepare and fine-tune legal documents including contracts related to acquisitions and other transactions;
- You actively participate in the negotiation process, aiding in deal facilitation and resolving any arising legal issues;
- You will participate in discussions and meetings with clients to thoroughly understand their legal needs and develop effective strategies that comply with the law;
- Engage in opportunities for professional growth to stay current with new laws and trends in corporate finance law, thus enhancing your expertise and value to the firm;
- Working collaboratively with senior lawyers to devise and implement strategic solutions that align with client objectives.
Your skillset
- You hold a Belgian university law degree, ideally with a focus on corporate law;
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in M&A or fund structuring;
- You are business-minded, precise, and willing to go the extra mile. Teamwork is second nature to you;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is an advantage.
