What the assignment is all about

  • As Freelance HR Generalist you have already gained knowledge in compensation & benefits and/or payroll and you want to get more experienced with other HR domains. You are strong in project management and in optimalizations.
  • For one of our clients (a successful company in the Kempen region, engaged in innovation and R&D) we are looking for a medior HR generalist.
  • In this assignment you will work closely with the HR managers to whom you will regularly report on the HR projects you are actively involved in (performance cycle, C&B projects, succession planning, ....).
  • For these projects you will be the first point of contact for employees, supervisors and management who you help or refer to the right channels.
  • You will actively participate in improving the HR processes.

Your skillset

  • Someone who already has experience with Payroll or Comp&Ben projects, but now feels like working more generalistically within a successfull, innovative and dynamic company.
  • You are not afraid of taking responsibility within different projects and you love to work autonomously. You have a flexible mindset and can quickly switch between projects or adjust your scope.
  • You are an enthusiastic HR professional, who is eager to learn and who will dig deep to get the best results.
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently. You communicate easily at different levels and have the power of persuasion.
  • You are used to making reports and have experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g. you have already mastered formulas such as V-Lookup). Experience with Workday is a plus.
