What your future may hold
As an HR Business Partner:
- You have a huge impact on Belgian Operations, by serving as the main point of contact in people oriented areas, engaging with both employees, managers and directors.
- You manage the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to development and retention.
- You work in close partnership with business leaders on onboarding, training, performance reviews, and more. You are a respected sparring partner, and will provide expertise to them in the areas of coaching, organisational development and change management.
- You initiate execution of Benelux initiatives to enhance employee experience and HR programs.
- You ensure compliance with legal regulations and BASF policies and provide market trend insights. You will initiate new innovative policies based upon the market developments.
- You maintain employee data and use metrics to influence decision-making.
- You collaborate with the Shared Service center in Berlin as well as with the local HR team, and you will focus on improving HR processes and participating in project groups.
- You are a core member of the Works’ Council.
Your skillset
- You obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
- You have about 10 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment, with several years of experience as an HR Business Partner. You bring specific expertise in Learning & Development, Performance & Reward, Leadership, Social Law & Relations.
- You communicate efficiently in Dutch and English, with the ability to navigate complex environments and provide clear guidance. French is a plus.
- You are solution-oriented with a service-minded approach.
- You have experience with change management and with participation in a Works’ Council.
- You are willing to travel within Belgium and occasionally to Germany.
