In 2013, driven by her vision that things could be different and the belief she could make an impact on the legal staffing industry, Ilse Tack founded YouConnect.
The firm quickly experienced successful expansion, thanks to its satisfied clients and candidates. YouConnect has grown into a reputable recruitment agency. We specialise in executive search and interim management for legal, HR and compliance professionals. We have also set up an outsourcing department, where driven talents are immersed in the HR practice of Talent Acquisition. Our outsourcing consultants are part of our permanent team, working on-site at our clients' premises.
We offer an efficient, bespoke service where clients and available talent benefit from close, authentic cooperation. Our expert recruitment consultants, based in Ghent, Brussels or Antwerp, are professionals with a passion for the recruitment profession.
