What are your interests/hobbies/passions outside work?
Outside of work, I'm deeply engaged in sports, from fitness and running to tennis and hiking. I also cherish cozy evenings with friends or family and have a passion for traveling to adventurous destinations, sunny retreats, and urban escapes.
What is your favourite dish?
The Italian cuisine has my heart, with its delicious pastas and pizzas. My top favorites are pasta alla vongole and a rich spaghetti Bolognese.
Do you like music? If yes, what is your all-time favourite?
Absolutely! I listen to music every day, especially on the way to work or in the evening as relaxation at home. My all-time favourite song is "Dancing Queen" by ABBA. It has a timeless energy, cheerfulness, and positive vibes.

Empathetic, athletic, and eager to learn.
What is your small happiness? Guilty pleasure?
My ultimate moment of happiness? Well, I find it in a simple pleasure: a delicious piece of chocolate. I must admit, I'm a bit addicted to chocolate.
What is your role within YouConnect?
As an HR Outsourcing Consultant, I work on a project basis with clients to temporarily support them in terms of recruitment & selection.
What did you do before you started at YouConnect?
Prior to joining YouConnect, I studied business sciences at Ghent University, specializing in personnel and organizational management. YouConnect is my first employer, and I'm thrilled to be launching my career here!
What do you think are the most important skills for a recruitment consultant to have?
In my opinion, being a good listener is an important skill for a recruitment consultant. This way, a recruitment consultant can gain a deep understanding of the needs of both the client and the candidate, and this helps to create successful matches.
