Suzanne joined YouConnect in September 2025 as an HR Recruitment Consultant. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences, specialising in Human Resources and Organisational Management.

After completing her studies, she gained valuable experience in the field of hard HR: first as a Senior Consultant at an HR consultancy firm, followed by roles as Payroll Expert and HR Data Analyst at an international company in the food industry.

However, she soon realised that her true passion lay in the people-oriented side of HR. Driven by this conviction, she deliberately made the switch to recruitment and selection – a domain in which she can fully apply her passion for soft HR.

After completing an intensive two-week training programme, Suzanne is fully ready to create lasting matches between people and organisations, guided by her attentive listening skills, motivation and genuine interest in others.
