Job Description
YouConnect gets an increasing demand for temporary HR solutions at middle and senior management level from our commercial network. To fill these demands, we are looking for best-in-class HR-professionals: talented HR freelancers with a successful track record in HR. Based on your accrued HR experience, you will fill temporary assignments with our clients on the basis of your independent status.
The demands of our clients are never the same: the duration can vary from 3 months to 2 years, full-time and part-time assignments are possible and circumstances are very divers: a replacement in case of illness, a leading role in transformation matters and in change management, the absorption of crucial peak periods or a clear need for a specific expertise in HR projects.
In terms of content, assignments can be situated within one specific HR sub-domain.

To be successful in your role as an HR Expert you need to have a great self-discipline and accuracy. This way you can succeed in achieving the goals within the set deadlines. As an HR Expert, it is important to be aware of which responsibilities and tasks will bring you joy. And most importantly, to know what you are good at.
