YouConnect gets an increasing demand for temporary HR solutions at middle and senior management level from our commercial network. To fill these demands, we are looking for best-in-class HR-professionals: talented HR freelancers with a successful track record in HR. Based on your accrued HR experience, you will fill temporary assignments with our clients on the basis of your independent status. The demands of our clients are never the same: the duration can vary from 3 months to 2 years, full-time and part-time assignments are possible and circumstances are very divers: a replacement in case of illness, a leading role in transformation matters and in change management, the absorption of crucial peak periods or a clear need for a specific expertise in HR projects. In terms of content, assignments can be situated within one specific HR sub-domain.
As freelance HR Generalist you have already gained knowledge in most facets that HR has to offer such as Talent management, compensation and benefits, payroll, learning & development. You have an experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager of HR Director and have well-developed people management skills. On top of that, you are strong in project management and optimalizations.
To be successful in your role as an HR Generalist you must be able to collaborate well with different personalities and to work autonomously, be analytical and have strong communication skills. In addition, a good knowledge of social legislation is certainly a requirement.
