Our initiatives in the picture
Every two months, we invite our colleagues to a theme week, entirely dedicated to either mental or physical well-being. In recent months, we have focused heavily on "movement," encouraging all types of sports and activities. We've also had a meditation week, a compliment week (more challenging than you think!), and a week dedicated to ball sports. Later this year, a self-defence course is on the agenda. We always link each theme week to a group challenge. Achieving the challenge is also linked to a financial contribution to a charity. This year, we have again chosen to support the Diabetes Liga upon achieving the objectives of our "YouChallenge."
Run to Kick
On 24 September 2023, several of our colleagues participated in the Run to Kick event in Brussels. Through our participation, we helped KickCancer provide innovative treatments for children with cancer. 100% of the funds raised by KickCancer through RUN TO KICK go towards the innovative FIGHT KIDS CANCER research projects. FIGHT KIDS CANCER is a joint initiative by KickCancer and other European organisations (France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Spain) aimed at promoting the most innovative treatments through collaboration and funding of paediatric cancer research at a European level.
Healthy food
Fresh fruit and healthy snacks? We make sure our offices are well stocked. And team lunches are no exception. We choose healthy and local every time. Plus, a few of our team's enthusiastic foodies love sharing their healthy recipes. That also puts us on the right track to healthy living.
Charities
Finally, we also support two good causes close to our hearts each year. In the past, we chose Diabetes Liga, KickCancer, and ZOI (Zelfhulp Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a non-profit self-help group for people with brittle bone disease). In 2024, we’re donating to Diabetes Liga again, along with Think Pink.
