What are your interests/hobbies/passions outside of work?
I'm a real foodie: cooking, enjoying good food, and a nice glass of wine make me happy. I also love sports (pilates, tennis, cycling, fitness) and enjoy traveling to discover new cultures and flavours.
What is your ultimate holiday destination and why?
A faraway destination with sun, impressive nature, and a completely different culture is always high on my list. But the mountains tempt me as well, especially when snow and skiing are involved!
What is your strongest sense?
Definitely my sense of taste, as I’m a true foodie. Good food and a nice glass of wine can completely make my day!
Which job did you imagine doing when you were younger?
As a child, I dreamed of having my own shop and would play shopkeeper endlessly. From a homemade cash register to neatly displayed products, everything had to look perfect!
Do you like music? If so, what is your all-time favourite?
Absolutely. The older the music, the better. I especially like the music from the ’70s and ’80s!

Compliance & Legal Recruitment Consultant. I specialise in matching skilled compliance and legal professionals with the right opportunities, supporting both their growth and the success of companies.
What did you do before starting at YouConnect?
I started my career as an EU & Competition Lawyer and later shifted my focus to compliance. In addition to my role as a Compliance Consultant, I also took on responsibilities beyond the legal field, including marketing and communication initiatives.
What do you think are the most important skills a recruitment consultant should have?
Being a great listener makes all the difference. By truly listening to the needs and wishes of both clients and candidates, you can create the perfect match.
What is your ideal work environment and why?
An environment where taking initiative is encouraged and where colleagues support one another. I thrive in a team that combines a great vibe with a let’s-get-things-done attitude.
How do you bring efficiency to your workday?
My to-do lists are sacred, good planning keeps everything running smoothly and organised. Having structure and a clear plan helps me actually get things done!
