Legal Advisor | Coreso
Coreso is currently looking for a Legal Advisor to strengthen its legal team based in Brussels.

What your future may hold
As Legal Advisor:
- You will build and refine the legal framework alongside the Senior Legal & Regulatory Manager to align with Coreso's strategic ambitions;
- You will manage contracts (such as IT contracts, consultancy contracts, …) with a keen eye for detail and support the business with standardization of purchasing contracts and legal guidance and training to ensure compliance with Coreso’s public procurement obligations;
- You will keep updated on legislative changes affecting our sector, ensuring GDPR compliance, and give support to the role of Corporate Secretary;
- You will provide expert legal advice and foster stakeholder relationships.
You will report to the Senior Legal & Regulatory Manager.
Your skillset
- You have obtained a Belgian Master’s degree in Law and have at least 3 years of experience as a lawyer and/or as an inhouse legal counsel preferably in the energy or other regulated sector;
- You have an excellent knowledge of English and French both written and orally;
- You are pragmatic, autonomous and structured work ethics;
- You are able to work with various stakeholders with different backgrounds;
- You are able to identify and resolve problems, propose solutions with creativity whilst being aware of the risk;
- You are resilient, patient and structured.
