  • Together with the global reward manager you continuously evaluate and improve the international mobility procedures and processes. You organize work in the most efficient manner, utilising the right tools, platforms, and meeting structures.
  • As you are gaining expertise within a specific HR domain, you are not just building your knowledge but also sharing it with the global HR team & business leaders.
  • You will be part of a global HR team. You report to the global reward manager.

Your skillset

  • You have a master degree in a relevant discipline such as international business economics, tax or law.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of working experience in an environment where you have gained experience in global mobility or international employment.

  • You have strong working methods, can navigate in complexity and define the necessary steps to move forward.
  • You are hands-on and pragmatic. You’ll always find a solution to your problems and are service-minded.
  • Using your communication skills (oral & written), you can explain the global mobility policy and provide guidance to our involved business leaders, field engineers & technicians.
