A significant proportion of the world's population world's population lives on the equivalent of $2 a day, and in a lot of places, a job does not guarantee a way out of poverty. As a recruitment agency, we are dedicated to finding a way to use our expertise to make a difference in the job market, and we've undertaken several related projects to make that happen.
This goal aims to improve the global population's health. And that means everyone’s health, regardless of income, age, origin, gender, or other demographic factors. Naturally, we promote healthy living in the workplace at YouConnect by organising targeted, in-house campaigns. But we also support several charitable associations we feel connected to, such as Diabetes Liga (the Diabetes League).
Every nation on the planet is facing climate change. It destabilises national economies and affects an incalculable number of people. Our Sustainability Officer inspires us with activities and initiatives that promote reducing our ecological footprint.
